Assignment

This Terms of Use or any right or interest herein shall not be assignable by the Consumer. Company shall be free to assign its rights, interest, and obligations under this Terms of Use to any Person including but not limited to Related Entities.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of Company Service, Platform, and/or Website.

Term and Survival

This Terms of Use is effective until terminated by Company. Company reserves the right to terminate this Terms of Use.

• It also terminates upon Consumer ceasing to hold Membership Account.
• The provisions of this Terms of Use which by their nature are intended to survive the termination or expiration of this Terms of Use shall continue to apply.
